All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel from Settings → Billing inside the app, or via the link on your Paddle receipt. Do I need a credit card to start the trial?+
The full product for 7 days. No credit card required to begin. You get the complete Practice experience: 50 matters, 1,500 AI credits for the trial, and 50 GB of storage.
What happens when my trial ends?+
Nothing is deleted and nothing locks you out of your data. Reading stays open forever; creating new matters and running AI work pauses until you pick a plan. Choose one and you're back in seconds.
What is an AI credit?+
A credit is the unit of AI work. Heavier actions cost more: a quick clause rewrite is a couple of credits, a contract analysis or research memo is around a dozen, and onboarding a new matter (reading every file, building the chronology and findings) is a few dozen, more for bigger document sets. Light, everyday actions stay cheap. Your allowance refills on the 1st of each month, and usage is always visible in Settings.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in, and you can export your firm's complete record as structured JSON from Settings whenever you like.
Is my client data used to train AI models?+
No. Your documents are processed for your matters only and are never used to train shared models. Every matter is isolated to your firm with row-level security.
