Our commitment
We aim for MatterOS to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We build with semantic HTML, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast, descriptive headings and link text, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
Current status
We test pages ourselves, but the site has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim formal conformance. We will update this statement if that changes.
Known limitations
- Embedded third-party videos depend on the accessibility features of the YouTube player; captions are provided by the video's creator and may be missing or automatic.
- Some linked third-party sites and documents are outside our control.
- Interactive calculators and previews are designed for keyboard and screen-reader use but may have gaps we have not yet found.
