Deadline Manager
Deadline Manager owns the whole deadline lifecycle so nothing time-sensitive slips. Every day it scans your live matters and proposes calendar and task items for anything time-sensitive, in every discipline: statute-of-limitations windows, trial and hearing dates, discovery cutoffs, and the key dates your practice-area packs define - closings, option periods, response windows. It escalates if a recorded limitation date passes on a still-open matter, and it picks up deadlines already extracted from your filed documents. Then, as each tracked deadline approaches its reminder window, it sends the matter owner an in-app notification and an email - falling back to the firm's owners and admins if the matter has no owner - with a 24-hour debounce so the same reminder never repeats. Proposals land in your Inbox for approval; reminders go out automatically (turn autonomy to Observe to get detection without the emails).
What it watches
- Statute-of-limitations windows, with tiered warnings as the date approaches
- A critical escalation if a recorded limitation date passes on a live matter
- Trial dates, hearings, and discovery cutoffs within the next 30 days
- Practice-area key dates - closings, option periods, response windows - guarded the same way
- Deadlines extracted from newly filed documents
- An in-app + email reminder to the owner as each tracked deadline comes due, debounced 24 hours
Also in the box
- A weekly outlook email: every owner's next 14 days of deadlines, each Monday
- Reads documents the pipeline couldn't fully structure and proposes the dates it finds
- Deadline arithmetic double-checked against court calendars and holidays
- Snooze any reminder; escalation to firm owners if a critical date goes unactioned
Only ever proposes
Findings land in your Inbox for a yes or no - nothing is filed, docketed, or sent without your approval, every flag explains exactly why it fired, and repeatedly dismissed rules automatically quiet down.
Drop in the files of a live case and watch the matter assemble itself.
