MatterOS

Terms of Service

Last updated 5 September 2026

These terms govern your use of MatterOS, operated by Adnah India Consulting LLP. By creating an account you agree to them.

  1. 1.What the service is

MatterOS reads the files you upload and produces a one-page summary: parties, key dates, issues, facts with citations, and next actions. It is a drafting aid for licensed professionals. It is not a law firm, does not practise law, and does not give legal advice.

The output is generated by an AI model from your documents. It can be wrong, incomplete, or miss what matters. You are responsible for checking every statement and citation before relying on it.

  2. 2.Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done under your account. One person per account.

  3. 3.Your files

You keep all rights to the files you upload and the pages built from them. You grant us only what is needed to store, read, and process them for you. We do not use your files to train AI models, and we do not share them with anyone except the service providers that store and process them on our behalf.

You must have the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload files you are not permitted to process.

  4. 4.Plans and credits

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits that resets on the first of the month and does not roll over. Credits are spent on reading files and building pages at the published rates. If a step fails on our side, its credits are returned automatically.

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancelling keeps your plan active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.

  5. 5.Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service, upload malicious files, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

  6. 6.Availability and changes

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service we will give you time to export your pages.

  7. 7.Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on generated output.

  8. 8.Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this removes your files and pages. We can end the agreement for a breach of these terms with notice by email.

  9. 9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, unless the law where you live gives you protections that cannot be waived.
