Refund Policy

The free plan exists so you can try the product on a real matter before paying. Once you do pay, these are the rules.
1.First month
If a paid plan is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
2.Renewals
Renewals are not refunded, because the credits are available to you for the whole month. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; your plan stays active until the period ends.
3.Failed steps
If a file cannot be read or a page cannot be built because of a problem on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
4.Something else
If you were charged in error or something went wrong that this policy does not cover, email hello@raghavrhanda.com with the date and amount and we will sort it out. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
